If it is an EMERGENCY call Brian 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Emergencies include the following:

Fires, Water, Electrical and Gas Problems.

Locked out of apartment (subject to fee).

If your electric or gas goes out call Con Edison FIRST then if they inform you that the problem is with the Amberlands property then call Brian.

If you have any complaints about noise , criminal mischief  or any other police matters call the Police first then call  Brian.
